These terms apply to purchases from SM & GLOBAL.

Products

Please review each product’s description, size, colour and included items before placing your order.

We aim to represent products accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but this does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

Our store’s base currency is US dollars (USD). The currency and total amount payable are displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are disclosed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Your payment provider may apply currency conversion charges if your account uses a different currency.

If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Email support@smglobal.uk promptly if you notice an error.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the goods we cannot supply.

Delivery

Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable legal exceptions where you independently appoint a carrier.

Cancellations and returns

Please consult our Return and Refund Policy for cancellation instructions, return arrangements and remedies for faulty goods.

Website use

You must not use our website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems or information without authorisation.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections.

Changes to these terms

Updates apply to future purchases. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
